The theme for the INK Conference 2013 was All That Matters and its events unfolded at Le Méridien in Kochi over three whole days. Designing for the conference involved the whole range of print, screen and spatial collaterals. It started off with branding the conference and designing the identity and visual language that would later spread across all the event collaterals.
A major conference keepsake publication, the INK 2013 book was next in line. Hard bound in ink-blue canvas and stamped with gold foil, this book guided the attendees through all the speakers, fellows and other information, while acting as a handy notebook.
Other print based collaterals included wearable badges, schedule cards and venue maps. The space was branded as well with standees, fabric banners, reception signages, directional signages, speaker boards and print backdrops. The same branding echoed across screen based creatives like the speaker screens on stage, the holding slides and the aston bands over the live stream other than all the promotional material that were shared via social media, emailers and other digital marketing channels.
